Hi Sir/Madam, Recently 3 weeks ago i noticed that middle of my tongue has a shiny patch, i usually clean my tongue after brushing in the morning with my toothbrush everyday. This patch appeared and it does not seem to go away naturally. I smoke moderately, but never happened to me earlier. There is no pain but it seems i have a sensation of heavy tongue or slight dry tongue. The patch is not growing though and it remains the same size as you can see from the photo. This similar thing happened to me earlier about 4years ago but it got healed after i applied some mouth ulcer gels. Request you to advice on this and how to treat the same

Hi my ige is 360 and low food allergy and medium dust mite allergy symptoms I have throat irritation throat tightness though this symptom is now go away also my voice get low if I talk for more time feel like need to rest the voice sneezing is also there. I have not taken any medication till now does this symptoms go away if I dont take the medication as I have chronic symptom. Is there anything to worry?

My ear piercing is 18 years old.my left ear lobe piercing is completely fine and got healed but my right ear piercing start paining and infected whenever i put any earrings in my right piercing..i am afraid it would get close if i won't wear any earrings.What should I do to stop pain and infection of my right piercing??can I use soframycin cream over my ear lobe. piercing???

Sir please clarify my doubt yesterday sir I took my nephew to government hospital for tetanus shot meanwhile there are many patients sitting for injection when pharmacist come to me by mistake he give me a prescription of a person taking anti rabies vaccine I touched it and said it is not mine and I gave it to him then after my nephew takes vaccine I come to home which take nearly 5-7 min as I have touched a prescription of a person taking anti rabies vaccine i have touched my mouth nearly 10 min after touching prescription then today I looked there is a healing ulcer in my mouth on non visible side of lip can I get rabies by this I asking because may a rabid animal bite that person who is taking anti rabies vaccine should I get rabies immuglobin as wound is mouth and vaccine after that or rabies is not transmitted like this and I am safe please tell

The bus jumped over a speed breaker quite hard, and we were sitting at the back, her head hit the roof of the bus quite hard. The pain is still there in head but no other symptoms of concussion. Please suggest what to do?
