My Left is twitching frequently and having floters in visions...what should I do...? My age is 29 .it's because of my stressful job or something thing else ? Please suggest

Hello! Approximately 10 days ago i caught cold and sore throat. It gets worst in first 3-4 days and i was in severe pain in my throat. After taking proper medication for sore throat, the pain eventually disappeared but the next problem which was waiting for me was swollen uvala. Initially it was red and enlarged. It had pain too. After medicines the pain disappeared, only some discomfort due to the enlarged size of uvala. I consulted a doctor who prescribed medicines for it. I am wondering if the uvala gets back to its original size or not

I'm suffering from Vertigo related disease for the last 6 months, I have been consulting with a couple of Doctors but to no use, Can someone understand my problem and give me a suggestion like which medicine I need to take to overcome this issue.

I had a mild pain and pricking sensation in the left side of my throat while swallowing and talking in certain pitch. I visited an ENT and a flexible laryngoscopy was performed. The ENT said there is a white ulcer on my left Arytenoid and prescribed SOMPRAZ 40, Gaviscon syrup and Allegra & asked me to come for repeat Laryngoscopy after 21 da ys. It has been 5 days since I started the medication but so far I haven't felt any difference. How long does it take for such ulcers to settle ?. I am attaching a photo of the ulcer.

It's been 25 days of Septoplasty and Turbinoplasty. My surgery was performed br H.O.D of Max saket,ENT.I am unable to breathe  by nose .I feel always chocked and suffocated. My lungs,heart are absolutely normal . Surgeon is always saying I made lot of space inside your both nostrils but I am not feeling well . What to do ?
