Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My symptoms started when I had cold drinks nearly a month ago. The next morning my throat became painfully dry for 2-3days, and felt some kind of sharp poking pain when I try to swallow - but not every time. I went to ENT on the 4th-ish day, and was asked get a styloid x-ray done because my ear was painful too. The results were normal, and was prescribed Dresin + hydrogen peroxide mouthwash. The symptoms disappeared for most part, but the sharp poking still remained although not as much. It came to a point where I thought it was almost gone, but it was not. One time I had similar poking symptoms on the left side too, and this time I found a white on the tonsil(?) and i thought it was a tonsil stone. These symptoms were gone soon after salt water gargling. a few days ago, my right side tonsil parts started paining again, while swallowing and at one point even when doing nothing. And I kind of had a sore throat kind of dryness that went away. I'm going to ENT today but I'm so stressed

Sir my all ecg,echo,xray,CBC and spo2 are normal but secretion of muscus from back of the throat is very high and on that time breathing was difficult through nose but through mouth is good..and breathing were struck at nose.. please give me answer sir

I always feel excess mucus that someone may feel in the back of the nose and throat, causing a constant need to clear the throat ... Suggest some medications

Hii This is my mother's report ..It shows some symptoms of thyroid . While doing ultra sound of neck it shows some muscle dots appearing .Can you please let me know what is that muscle dot ..is that normal for thyroid patient or not ? And  she has whole body pain . Repeated question I have ear infection pain and buzzing sound I took many antibiotics and met many ent specialist. Not cured. But when I took augmentin 625 for two days And each time I took augmentin within few minutes felt something discharge  in both ear like water. And feeling got cured so I stopped augmentin. But later again increased buzzing sound and pain. And again I took augmentin 625 but this time not worked. Maybe became resistance Done blood test CBC showing wbc count increased And done blood culture showing no bacteria. I don't have any problem besides ear pain and uncomfortable in throat. How to know which medicine resistance and susceptible is there any test I already met many doctors.

Is there medicine or relief or cure for tinnitus or ringing sound in ear, it is really annoying , Little suggest would be kind enough
