Can I have sinusitis after fess surgery?
Hi, i have gone under a sinus surgery with septoplasty few months ago. But now I have same symptoms which we're before surgery like headache, block nose, throat irritation. Can sinus can come again after surgery?? Or it is se thing other?

Disease recurrence can be thr in sinusitis also like any other disease. But your symptoms looks lyk affected by allergy. For treatment of sinusitis FESS is only half the job. Post op care Nasal hygiene and long term medication after surgery help you to overcome symptoms completely.
