Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Earpain .both sidessince yesterday night  and slightly throat pain no fever. Headache slightly. Wt medicine to use.. Can I use sinareset?? Earpain which ear drops to use. I have sinus.

Any medicine to cure after treatment it comes again and again with out surgery any medicine option available for cure

My mother was having a viral fever with cold cough on June 1st week . Had antibiotics for a week and after that fever and all stops but cough without mucus lasts for these one and half months. It's not continuously coming but once starts it's very severe with wheezing and she is feeling difficulty to take breathe. It's lasts for few minutes. Usually happens at night. We didnt done rtpcr at that time. So am not sure whether the fever was due to corona virus. Kindly advise on the same.

I am a teacher and I have to speak every day but from two months whenever I speak meri awaj beth jati h. It started after I came from Haridwar before that also I used to take classes and used to speak every day but from two months not able to speak like earlier. After speaking I feel pain and not awaj beth jati h. I took medicine from general physician. He told infection is there 6 days medicine I took and it got resolved but still not completely. Please suggest

Hi sir my ige is 370 done the serum test moderate dust mite allergy low food allergy symptoms I have throat tightness sometime sneezing nose congestion less throat irritation voice get low sometimes symptoms I have for 3 months till now not take any medication. Is allergy symptoms chronic if I dont take the medication will not gone away is there anything to worry?

I hurt myself on the throat few days back. The CT scan doesn't show any problem. But I feel my hyoid bone and thyroid cartilage is creating a noise while turning my head or swallowing. How can I get it treated please suggest me something.

I feel dizziness before the bowel movement. I haven't pain. After bowel movement the dizziness continue with 10 minutes.
