Continue Nasonex nasal spray. The nasal spray(Nasonex) should be given with the child’s head leaning forward. 1 puff in each nostril. Twice a day initially for 2 weeks then once a day for next 2 weeks. Add Nasoclear nasal drops(saline nasal drops). 2 drops twice a day ( given lying down) for 10days.
