Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Had covid last month and I lost taste and smell for a week. Although now it's back but my tongue feels weird and with papillae that looks like swollen. Feels like my tongue is swelled. What might be the issue?

My septoplasty and Turbinoplasty finished a month ago .My nose always been congested and I feel always suffocated .Today I visited an ENT specialist he told me it's septal perforation after endoscopy evaluation but my question is while I visited to my Surgeon for suction cleaning of my nose there were no perforation then how it developed after a month . Doctor said nothing to worry it is manageable. Plz suggest me what to ? I will have to go for another Surgery am very nervous.

I'm having cold and headache from last night. I was into night journey two days in cold winds and rains. Runny nose like water. Please advise on medication for getting better. I've allergy to ciprofloxcin.

Hello Doctors! I'm 27 y/o guy. Having multiple lymph nodes in the right neck. Also, there's a small nodule in thyroid part. Due to lack of finance & no medical coverage. I'm delaying surgery. Recently my shoulder biceps area and lower back and legs started paining and it doesn't go away. it does gets better only after sleeping but after few minutes it starts again & disturbs me whole day. Does this pain because of these lumps or nodes?
