I've Allergic Rhinitis since 4 yrs. Recently I've taken Allegra M tablets daily. Can I take Histafree M tablets daily?

Pain is there in left ear. Pain is there while I press my hand around the ear. Have taken pain killer like combiflam and brufen. Pls suggest some antibiotic as I took Augmentin625 three dosage but no improvement. Feel feverish due to pain.
