Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Cough from last 2 months specially after eating and lying down and frequent clearing of throat , but no heart burn or any other symptom apart from this, also i had viral infection 2 months ago.

My husband has removed ear wax from both the ears after that he started hearing less ( reduced by 50%) in one ear and feeling like air pressure ( like flight).. what should I do? I feel worried.. please help does it solve by own. FYI He has lots of wax deposited inside his ears and he used cotton buds

Did these for ear itching and allergy cough for over 1 year. Need bilasure m every alternate day. Any other test needs to be done to rule out anything serious?

I am on a 10 day medication course for the treatment of dry cough (i will be attaching the list of medication alongwith the query). Alongside that i take the antidepressant (escitalopram) and a mood stabilizer (licab). I am drowsy and sleepy throughout the day, is it advisable to discontinue with any of the medicines? Which ones?

I have tinnitus for the past 5 years, it was manageable but due to the recent cold and fever it got triggered again now I have loud tinnitus and sensitivity to sound, my both ear pain to a certain level of sound and it gets block. Please help me. Please find the attached PTA report

If some hearing loss is associated with tinnitus is it necessary to take medicine for it? & does medicine can make hearing loss okay in tinnitus?
