Facial pain and pressure
I had been operated by FESS for chronic sinus with polyps in April. Now since past few days I am having facial pain and pressure on the cheeks and upper jaw on same side of operation without any runny stuffy nose or nose block feeling. I have got a CT PNS done attached report. Consulted an ENT doctor, he has prescribed Nasivion nasal drops, benzoin tincture steam inhalation, ferotan 300mg twice a day, Nobel plus twice a day and t minic syrup thrice a day along with Nevanac eye drops to be put in the affected side/nostrils. I am confused why eye drops are prescribed to be put into nose. Please review the reports and advise.

Stop all of the above medications except the antibiotic (Ferocan300)if you’ve already started complete the course. Stop the nasal drops and eye drops. * Use only Flomist Nasal spray 2 puffs twice a day in each nostril. Use it twice daily for 15 days then reduce it to once a day for next 15 days. Keep your head leaning forward while taking the spray. Start Jal Neti/ Nasal Douching with Saline water/ Nasowash. Kindly consult for further guidance.
Next Steps
1. Flomist Nasal Spray for 1 month. 2. Saline Nasal Douching 3. Tab Dolo 650 sos for pain.
