Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Feeling granular size somthing in back of the throat when swallow saliva and right side headache simultenously. Head pain only occurs when taking saliva in. But no pain or feeling when eating and drinking. Plz suggest ASAP

Is it common for ur ears to ring more often?? I felt ringing at.night before sleeping and than in the noon. Is it normal? Im not suffering from any underlying health condition but iam Getting worried if its dangerous.

Can nevk muscle stiffness, spondylitis and atlas displacement problem or any other neck related problems caused tinnitus?? I was bedridden for 3 weeks and now have diagnosed with neck stiffness problems. Physiotherapy has started and also i am hearing a cricket insect sound insude my head.

My first symptoms appeared on 2nd August, with low grade fever of 99.8, scratchy throat, and cold, 3rd August I tested Positive, but from 3rd August to till Yesterday, I was feeling, I am good, but in the evening yesterday, I got feeling, that I would get the fever, but I didn't get any fever, because of such sensation, I started feeling weak, while sleeping in night yesterday, I got too much sweat, specially on legs, and I am unable to sleep properly yesterday night, but when i wake up, i was feeling weak but i am able to do my task on my own without any problem, right now when i am doing rest on bed by sleeping, only my legs are shivering, and my body is feeling weak, i am taking multivitamin tablets like Zincovit, Limcee and also taking Calpol 500 (3 Times a day), just to avoid any chance of fever but i didn't get any fever, although i had no other problem, except weakness, legs shivering sensation. Am i recovering or not? When should i join my family members?

My symptoms started when I had cold drinks nearly a month ago. The next morning my throat became painfully dry for 2-3days, and felt some kind of sharp poking pain when I try to swallow - but not every time. I went to ENT on the 4th-ish day, and was asked get a styloid x-ray done because my ear was painful too. The results were normal, and was prescribed Dresin + hydrogen peroxide mouthwash. The symptoms disappeared for most part, but the sharp poking still remained although not as much. It came to a point where I thought it was almost gone, but it was not. One time I had similar poking symptoms on the left side too, and this time I found a white on the tonsil(?) and i thought it was a tonsil stone. These symptoms were gone soon after salt water gargling. a few days ago, my right side tonsil parts started paining again, while swallowing and at one point even when doing nothing. And I kind of had a sore throat kind of dryness that went away. I'm going to ENT today but I'm so stressed
