Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Basically there is pain in left ear starts leading to pain in that side of brain and then numbness in the whole left body is felt. I was diagoned with single vocal cord paralysis and anxiety so had been taking those prescribed medications for over half month now. Is there any serious issue...plss let us know the cause and prescribe the respective medicines. Thank you!! Single vocal cord paralysis reports are attached.

I have redness and itchiness in throat and nose from two months .. I had got done test where IGE was high .. I am coughing and lot of white and clear sputum comes when I am coughing from nose and throat .. I consulted allergy centre and they gave me some nasal spray and nasal wash and azithromycin for a month which I took almost but the moment I stop them after two three days my symptoms come back .. whenever I feel again itchiness in throat I use this spray and wash and feel much better .. but wondering how long can I take them also how to get checked the allergy apart from skin prick test ? Any blood test which can tell about allergy ?

There is pain just above eyebrows, had eye check up through lenskart. Minor increase in vision sight after eye check up. No sever pain but very low intensity of pain . Please advise. Thanks.

Hi my grandfather is 65 years old ,few years ago he had undergone laser eye surgery for cataract .He is been doing since well but now since few days he is been complaining that he is feeling discomfort in his right eye as in upper side of his eyes he feeling chubhna so what eye drop should I buy for him coz till.Tuesday there no chance to visit doctor ,so please anyone who can suggest a nice eye drop to relive his discomfort

Getting dry cough all the time and so there is pain all the time on neck. Taken leekuf and also zifi 200 as antibiotic but still no releif. Regarding home remedies took honey and kadhaa every day still no relief.
