I consulted a homeopathy doctor for inner ear bacterial infection I had inner ear bacterial infection took augmentin 625 for 2 days cured ear pain so I stopped medicine Where as doctor prescribed for 5 days Now I consulted homeopathy doctor prescribed Ear drops I want to know can ear drops cure inner ear bacterial infection? I am just wondering how? Because my ent specialist not prescribed Will it or not ear drops?

Take a proper consultation with an ENT specialist. It's not so easy to label anything as inner ear bacterial infection it's not diagnosed just like that. U shd get proper through examination. Regarding homeopathy his treatment advice is best known to ur Dr. Only one advice dun mix the pathies try any one.

U should continue Augmentin for 5 days as taking it for less than prescribed time will lead to resistance and lead to the infection becoming more difficult to treat. As far ear drop is concerned you need to shor the drop bottle as there are numerous kind of ear drops.
