Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

After covid I m having frequent cold ,nose block,sinus,left ear blockages and pressure and inflammation n muffled ear, when checked my ear with ent they are saying it is fine, then what causing my ear pressure,what could be reason ? In Ent diagnosis findings was I have been took CT mastoid, it is fine except styloid left length 2.9 CM,right 2.8cm, and I have mild DNS,

I don't know why I always seem to gave a partly clogged nose whenever I lie down and try to sleep, it's annoying I can't get enough oxygen breathing through my nose, how do I fix this?

My septoplasty and Turbinoplasty finished a month ago .My nose always been congested and I feel always suffocated .Today I visited an ENT specialist he told me it's septal perforation after endoscopy evaluation but my question is while I visited to my Surgeon for suction cleaning of my nose there were no perforation then how it developed after a month . Doctor said nothing to worry it is manageable. Plz suggest me what to ? I will have to go for another Surgery am very nervous.
