Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have clogged and running nose.i have been facing this issue since 5 months..whenever am on the medication mentioned above,there are no issues..when courseis complete..its starts again..its very difficult to breath. The doctor i reached out earlier said it might be due to change in weather, but it's difficult now.. I'm looking for a permanent solution here.

Started with cough and around 3 months ago. Initially there was difficulty in taking food and now there's constant itching and mild flaming pain inside the throat mainly in lower area where collar boan meat. Sometime pain can also be felt below that area near chest region. No medicine really helped so far.

I had an ear infection 15 days back and took medication for 15 days, the infection got reduced outside. Doctor suggested for scan and he js suggesting for Micro surgery. Need to take the second opinion and also the expense details(Hyderabad). Please find the attached reports and let me know ur opinion and fare.

I have very slight pain in right ear , generally i feel pain when I use earphones. This is happening since last 3-4 months, pain isn't very sharp, it is very mild. Toady My ear is paining and I am feeling slight discomfort/pain in neck(right side near jaw ). What could be the reason? Can you suggest me eardrops which will not cause any side effects.

I am facing this problem on my left ear since few months. It's audible when theres silence nearby. 4 years ago, i went to clinic and removed wax from both my ears because i couldn't hear properly at that time. Could that static noise be because of the excess wax again? Do you recommend visiting any ent specialist to get this checked? Thank you.

My husband and I got covid over last week. Now high fever is no more observed. But I am coping with too much coughing; body ache and loss of taste and my husband is coping with muscle spasms;body ache and jammed nose.. I have taken 4 doses of azithromycin 500 and my husband has taken 3 doses.. We are also taking multi-vitamins.. Body temperature hovers around 99 -99.5.. Can someone please guide with further steps/medications/exercises..we are monitoring SpO2 and it stays 97-99 for both of us.. Please advice.
