I am unusual pressure inside my nose .1.5 months before septoplasty done. Attaching latest CT scan.It shows septal perforation. What to do.

Yesterday I discovered this red bump under my tongue. It feels firm when touched but surrounding area is normal. No other symptoms of pain or anything. Please help me. What is it?

Since the past two years, I've been experiencing continuous sneezing and watery runny nose (without mucus) after I wake up in the morning. The sneezing and runny nose continues till the night, untill I sleep. This happens atleast 3-4 days in a week. What is the reason? Is it sinus? And what's the treatment?

Hello Dr.s I am 39 years old woman .I had fever two times in July becoz of throat infection. I took allopathic medicines and get cured but after four to five days I started coughing short short cough. I asked my Dr.and he told me to took telecast L for fifteen days I got some relief but again after four days I started facing the same issue .it's a dry and short cough and sometime I feel itchy in my neck area I feel ticling sensation in my nose as well sometimes feel like sneezing.kindly suggest me a good medicine I would be really grateful.

I'm having constant twitching in my right eye n surrounding since last 3to 4 months  consulted neurologist he suggested VEP for optic nerve which resulted normal, and MRI angiography which resulted *note is made of ethmoid and frontal sinusitis* everything else is absolutely normal, what steps I shd take nxt? Since yesterday morning my father got cold he used over counter Cetirizine 10 mg in the evening 7:00pm. At night 10:00 pm he started feeling chills from 11:30pm  he got fever . He took dolo 650 today morning 10:00 AM the fever is 101°F persistent from morning. After 2:30 pm the fever comes down to 99 °F and Again from today evening 7:00 again fever started increasing they other symptoms body pains , head ache, burning sensation of eyes, sore throat, throat pain, nasal congestion, occasionally dry cough, lower back pain . please send or tell treatment and remedies and please diagnose him.

Hi all, I am taking thyronorm 75mg tablet now.. This is my thyroid values. I have a doubt . These values represents auto immune thyroid positive or negative. ? Thyroid Peroxidase Antibody,Serum value is 5.2 Tsh 4.36 Total T3 0.95 Total T4. 10.25 Can I control it through diet or need to increase tablet dosage ?
