Adenoids grade 4
Hi Doctors, my son who is 2.5 years facing on and off fevers since past 3 weeks almost. In his blood work esnophilis are shown 14% and rest like malaria, typhoid, widal all shown negative. His urine test also show no results but due to severe cold when we met ent it's found that he has grade 4 adenoids in x-ray and he was given montekulast and meta spray. Is fever common for adenoids and can someone share some possible solution to help my child get relieved from all this hassle, thank you.

Adenoid Hypertrophy will lead to mouth breathing, snoring and sleep apnea and also recurrent URTi. Management is not mechanical by just looking at x ray we need to asses th symptoms, and all clinical parameters and decide about treatment.
