Doctors treat patients. They donot treat reports. For everything, every disease complete history and clinical examination is needed along with some supportive evidence from investigations, then only some management can be planned. Visit some ENT specialist along with patient. Strong advice is kindly do not search for non surgical options over internet.

I would suggest you take up boxing then. Then, when your face is all bashed up, meet any ENT Surgeon to clean up the mess!
Are you so naive that you want to consult a Surgeon But do not want surgery?
It is obvious that you need surgery to rectify your nose. If you refuse to do it, it is YOUR PROBLEM!
