Hi doc, Actually suffering with sinusitis suggested to do CT PNS Scan and can you please tell what measures need to be taken without surgeries and all.. Is there any issue need to worry.

The Deviated Nasal Septum and Concha Bullosa will not reduce with medicines, they require surgery to correct, Inferior Turbinates Hypertrophy and Mucosal thickening can reduce with medical management. Plan of treatment will depend on symptomatology and Diagnostic Sinonasal Endoscopy findings.

Next Steps

Need to give detailed history. Send pictures of CT film. Diagnostic Nasal Endoscopy
