Sinusitis problem
Is there any permanent solution for sinusitis in Ayurveda, last week I met ent specialist he suggested to go for operation
I have uploaded the CT scan report and please help me Waiting for your suggestion.

This ct scan definitely shows sinusitis in sinuses on both the sides.
But I think before going directly for surgery medicines should be tried with nasal sprays and antibiotics , antiallergic, decongestant ,mucolytics.
See the response if not settled with it then go for surgery.
For this I would suggest you to visit your ENT SPECIALIST again and take medications and then decide .
