Breathing difficulty
I have breathing difficulties whoch increases on speaking due to arytenoid overriding vocal cord which was discovered on video laryngoscopy . i have done 1.) chest x ray - NORMAL 2.) PFT- NORMAL 3.)HRCT THORAX Reveals subcentimetric lymph nodes on pre cranial and pre tracheal region 4.) NECK X RAY -NORMAL 5.) NO VOCAL CORD POLYP OR MASS THE QUESTION IS DO I NEED TO GO FOR USG NECK.
