If there’s is no pain or discomfort associated it could be as simple as increased dryness of the mouth, due to decreased water intake. Increase your water intake , with frequent sips every hour . If problem still persists can consider online consult with mouth and throat pictures

If you are able to eat food and drink water without any issues then it shouldn't cause any problem in swallowing saliva unless the saliva is very thick. In any case, you will need an assessment by an ENT specialist. Please consult online or come in person for a thorough history and examination and maybe endoscopy.
Next Steps
increase water intake. keep sipping water at regular intervals. Avoid oily and spicy food.
