Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have  pain in both ear And i have buzzing sound in left ear And i have heaviness in left ear I have this problem from last six months And I feel little bit hearing capacity reduced in left ear And i went to ent doctor said Ear looks normal And no hole I met many ent specialist physical visit And took online consultation also It started with urine bacterial infection Attaching report Ent specialist prescribed Brain mri and temporal bone mri But because of some financial problem and less knowledge Mri brain done and screening temporal done My query is 1- why am I have ear problem 2- do i need temporal bone mri Or screening temporal bone enough? And please give any addition information or any advice

While cleaning my ears by using buds got blood in it. While placing buds in that place blood spots found in it. Will it cause any problems. No ear pain.

My baby is pulling the ear and there is fluid coming from the ear and she is bit fussy sometimes. She don't have fever and was feeding well. she was treated with cold recently and had vaccination at 14 weeks. are all these symptoms of ear infection? After covid,for past 8 months I m suffering with left nose blocks and I feel mucus is stuck behind tragus ,when I try to spit phlegm I feel it is coming some where from ear,   external ear canal and ear inflammation ,when intake of deep breath I feel inflammation in ear canal, and pain pass through left side chest, the pain is existing daily for past 8 months, whenever I take head baths I feel the pain is increasing more, I went so many ENT doctors but no one finds what cause this, what problem I m going through..
