Main Symptom of vocal polyp is Hoarseness of Voice. If not large enough can be reduced with voice rest and some medicines. But if u shout more it will increase and will need surgery

Some change in voice and vocal fatigue are the symptoms mainly. Medical management depends on the condition of polyp for which ur daignostic reports are required. Also screaming and shouting will increase ur problem and inhibits recovery
