I have  pain in both ear And i have buzzing sound in left ear And i have heaviness in left ear I have this problem from last six months And I feel little bit hearing capacity reduced in left ear And i went to ent doctor said Ear looks normal And no hole I met many ent specialist physical visit And took online consultation also It started with urine bacterial infection Attaching report Ent specialist prescribed Brain mri and temporal bone mri But because of some financial problem and less knowledge Mri brain done and screening temporal done My query is 1- why am I have ear problem 2- do i need temporal bone mri Or screening temporal bone enough? And please give any addition information or any advice

According to the Audiometry report you might have noise induced hearing loss There is no need of a temporal bone mri The ringing sensation might or might not subside in its own Get another PTA done to follow up
