Regarding cyst in neck

I hv cyst in a necck which i find on last night..which is paainfull...today in my ultrasound of neck it shows cyst beneatth the skin...does it will become malignant in future???and whats its treatment

If it's just a cyst the only treatment is surgical removal. To ascertain if it is benign or malignant Cytology can be done. However if it's just a cyst u shd get it removed.
