Pin pricking pain and voice change

Concern regarding nose

I breathed in or sniffed a few drops of water while washing mouth. Can it reach up the sinus or brain? Didn't do it aggressively but mildly by mistake. I tried to blow the water out by blowing my nose several times. Can blowing nose actually cause the water to go up to the point where one can get N Fowleri infection?

Having Pain in neck area on right hand side 1cm from center of the neck towards right. Alternate days evening mild fever comes. Consulates to Dr. He prescribed myospas tablet. Getting relief when I took tablet..not aure why this is happening. It is there from last 2 weeks
