I m feeling little dizzy on loud noise and watching motion videos on tv or mobile..what could be the reason?

When I talk to someone on phone or face to face my voice sounds like a female speaking. To whom I should consult about this Femin Voice problem and how can it be treated.

I have consulted a ENT doctors, she inspected my ear and did not find any infection or anything, but ringing in ear is more at night time.

Since past five yrs my husband is snoring somewhat loud He is also having a deviated septum Plus he sneezes a in cold temperatures and also in the morning frequently. He has no apnoea.

My grandmom has been suffering from a condition in which she repeated feels some sticky substance in throat and feels like clearing it but unable to clear it ..a sticky cough..from 3 years.  in HRCT of thorax shows 1) fibrotic opacity in lateral basal segment of right lower lobe 2)few lymph nodes in paratracheal region. what should be done now
