Suggest you do warm saline nasal washes. Go on to Amazon and purchase Jala Neti Bottle 300ml and Jala Neti salt 450mg pack. Use one level scoop of the salt in 300ml of warm water to irrigate your nose. Video instructions to do it are available on the product webpage. Do this twice daily about 30 minutes before food.
