I had a cyst on my right side of thyroid. So i have done Hemithyroidectomy as my doctor suggested me. After surgery the biopsy shows that in the cyst there 1mm cancerous cell. Should I worried about this or not? Does there any chance of getting cancer again?

Dr from last few days later my left ear is closed or blocked I would say. Tried everything but still it is unable to open.
