Neck swelling without pain

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I have neck swelling in right side without pain, when I touch it feels like hard, I consulted many doctors over the serval months and treat it but I didn't get expected results, in my CT scan and sonography reports suggested that TB disease but biopsy report said that kimura unknown disease, I have been started treatment of kimura disease but I didn't get desire results, my swelling is keep increasing and I have got side effects of treatment so please suggest me proper way to cure my disease.

Please share CT and ultrasound reports as well. Tru cut biopsy is usually not done on lymph node these days. An excisional biopsy should preferably have even done. Kindly share all details or consult through Practo.
