Enlarged lymph nodes in neck & isoechoic
I had pain in neck and below chin. Ihave sinus from childhood and i am taking montel lc tablet. I have consulted ent specialist he has prescribed for neck usg. 1) The result is "well defined isoechoic wider than tallr lesion with spongiform area noted in right love measuring 1.0×0.5 cm,showing peripheral vascularity. 2) few enlarged lymph nodes noted in bilateral level 2 largest measuring 1.2×1.2 cm on right side and 1.4×1.0 on left side with maintained fatty hilum. Do I have a cancer based on this??

No you do not have cancer of your thyroid gland based on the ultrasound neck report. However your symptoms may not be related to the USG findings and they may be purely incidental. Further history and examination will be required to reach a diagnosis for the symptoms stated.
