Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have no wax in my ear, When I am swallowing, I feel cracking sound in my ear. There is no pain I feel anxiety. Please help me Please help me Is it curable??

My ear are blocking frequently and having hard time in hearing... I used H2O2 couple of times to get rid, but it blocks again....

My throat is red right tonsil is swelled and pus liquid on it ..having alot of pain i visited ENT doctor he have given ALTHROCIN 500mg three times a day for four days ... is it fine to take 500mg thrice a day?..or  is it over dose?

The throat started to pain first and then started to closed up ...it had started 1 week earlier...and untill now the throat is choked up...home made remedies have been applied right now but there is no effects shown...could you plss prescribe some medicines !!! There was no cold or cough initially or right now as well...just the throat is closed.

I saw some lumps that means my bavk throat is like to swallow i saw .. But there is no any pain .. But i saw it is swalloing.. Can it be a symptoms of throat cancer ??

I recently came across a fellow work friends, he was suffering from some viral fever , so I got the fever as well but the only thing that is left with me right now is little cough but hard to eat food with this pain in throat, I had fever few days back but it's alright now, but the only thing that is concerning me is the pain in throat while I try to drink , eat or even swallow my own spit.
