Sinusitis prblm
Sir I have prblm in nose... Difficulty in breathing as I feel I am not getting inhale completely...nose from outside is dry but inside it is always like cough.. normal smell I can't identify. Also feel like little bit fever at morning time or high temperature. Aisa lgta hai sans pura andar nhi le paa rhe hain dum fulta hai saans lene me prblm hoti hai...skin me red red Dana nikla hua hai...nose upper part itching...These prblm are from 6months and taking medicine from more then 1month but prblm still persist Medicine are:- 1.Montair fx 2.cefixim-400 3dunase spray 4.asthalin

Get a Diagnosis Sinonasal Endoscopy done and also a CT scan of PNS done then will decide the treatment course on the basis of report

Need proper course as per protocol for sinusitis. Later Nasal Endoscopy and Ct Scan of sinuses needed to asses further and plan the management.
