Have you been diagnosed with Nasal polyps? If so kindly share details. Also, Please get a CT Scan of Nose and PNS and share pic of the CT films on this platform.
Thereafter can suggest if your disease can be managed with medications or will need surgery(FESS).

U need surgery for that. Visit ur surgeon and plan for surgery. After surgery further medicines will be given to prevent recurrence
