Head pressure after Jal Neti
My son is feeling little dizzy and heaviness in his head. Also feeling pressure in his temples and below eyebrows. What should I do to reduce this problem and is this normal when doing jal neti.
He just started jal neti 3 days back to counter his excessive mucus production in nose. Despite not having any cold.
