I've been on injection treatment for OSMF (Kenacort+Hynidase), but last time when the doctor gave me injection 14 days ago in the cheeks it developed a pimple after 2-3 days and then it turned into a ulcer type of thing. I'm taking Trinergic L everyday and for ulcer i took orasore tablets for 4 days but it didn't helped. I'm applying Kenacort gel since from the past 3 days. I came visit my doctor since I'm in a remote area for next few days. Please help me here. I also had loose motion for 2-3 days straight after the injection.

I have allergic rhinitis and allergic pharyngitis and don't know the cause of it. Is there anything way to cure this or to find out what causing this ( already done skin prick test) or I have to deal with this my whole life. I just can't take allergic medicine my whole life or visit doctor every 2nd week , doing this for more than 1.5 yrs Kindly give some advice

Hello Doctor, I am facing issue with sudden running nose and sneezing, itching in nose even in mid night and disappearing within 10 to 15 min from long time. But now it is happening frequently. I observed  that from when I had taken covid vaccine(last year) its increased. Could you please suggest the right department to contact to rid this issue. Mostly it's happened early morning and some time continue full day as well. Last year Doctor suggested for Bilastine 20 it's worked as well. But how many days I should run with tablets. Please suggest me. Thanks
