Dear team I am share some reports for my friend mother she is not well pain & swelling in throat she have done some test I am share reports please advice is it solve without surgery Please advice

I have problem that i always blockage in my right nose ..even sometime it block very much and i cant breathe from right nose ...what is the cause of it...is it serious problem... Right side nose block from many years... Is it serious... One day i have done brain mri ... It shows "Note is made of pansinusitis with rightward deviation of nasal septum." Whats its meaning is it serious problme..

Listening issue from last one month and sunddenly i am face this type of issue, plz help me for clear this issue

I have been feeling kind of a tickling sensation at the base of my throat (right in the middle), that is around the location where the throat starts to end and the clavicle starts, since today evening. I have no fever, chills, vomiting, nausea, aches, diarrhoea, fatigue, runny nose or loss of smell and taste. Although I feel like coughing sometimes, it is not a persistent one. I also have been following all the COVID norms to the T including double masking, hand washing, distance maintenance, sanitisation - everything since day one. I have not had COVID before and I am not sure whether I should get tested or not. Further pictures of my throat do not show anything which I understand (pics attached). I have been going out for work for a long time and have a meeting in a few days. Could anyone please help?🙏

In thorat lower a stone substance is paining on right , when i lay down on right i can't sallow anything, when i touch it pains only on right side
