Allergic rhinitis tickly throat
I have allergic rhinitis and sneeze almost everyday. I always have a feeling to clear my throat as there's mucus accumulation there all the time, and they come out as clear jelly balls, after taking antihistamine it goes away for few days but again comes back. I don't have cough or anything but to relieve the feeling to clear throat I have to cough once/twice to get that out of my system. What to do?

Take Flomist Nasal Spray 2 puffs twice a day. For 15 days then taper to once a day for next 15 days. Identify the seasons when your allergies flair up and use the nasal spray in the same way during those seasons.
