Suffering from ear pain right and little pus plz suggest me ear drops antibiotics and painkillers for the treatment

1. Neosporin H ear drops 2 drops three times a day. For 10days 2. Tab Allegra 120mg od HS for 5 days 3. Flomist nasal spray 2 puffs OD for 10 days.( to be taken with head leaning forward) Tab Dolo 650 sos for pain. Keep ear dry( safe from water) so when taking a bath put a small cotton ball slightly smeared with oil/lotion in your ear canal. Avoid going unprotected in the rain. Oral Antibiotics not required.
