Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello sir my mom is 49 years old 4 days back she got sore throat and sudden ear pain and mild fever her COVID test reports are negative but from last 3 days she is not able to hear properly from one ear and got her checked from Fortis they told us anything could be possible there could be nerve damage they check her audio test and all it came out to be 30db PTA. I don't know what to do when she will recover please help

Sir last night eaten one antibiotic capsule and one multivitamin capsule because my root canal treatment is going on just after taking capsule last night just after taking very little pain sensation in chest not chest it basically in the same place where esophagus lies but pain got subside in 15 min the slept last night today when eaten food very little discomfort in esophagus please tell is this because of capsule what is the case here

I'm having a small bump in ear canal,while popping up the blood leaks for long time and also that bump start growing.is it to be serious issue?.

Is ciplox tz a good medicine for throat issues and mucus in throat? I have minor throat issue along with some mucus in the back of my throat after a two day fever spell. Fever went after two days but throat issue persisted for which I've been given antibiotics for 15 days. Is 15 days needed?

From last 2days i have throat irritation , but today there is burning sensation while drinking or eating, nasal congestion, can't sleep at  night as nose was blocked , headech is there, feel Like fever but no fever there.. can u suggest some medicine??Thank u

Sir yesterday night 11 pm I have taken a multivitamin capsule and a antibiotic capsule since then I have a feel like capsule sticks in throat or esophagus I can breathe normally talk normally but little feel like capsule sticks there please tell me solution does it require surgery

Hi Doc I am 36 years male, who is prone to cold and cough irrespective of weather be it summers or winters  and this is a long going problem which is consistent throughout the year...i am not sure if it's via thanda ( cold water or drinks ) or Khatta ( sour things ) or via AC or dust...i on an off take cheston cold n cough and augmentin 625 to cure it for interim. Need to get a permanent treatment...not sure if i need to connect with a ENT specialist or a pulmonologist Can someone pls suggest !
