Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi, I have been flying a lot lately and everytime while the flight starts to descend, i get massive pain in my left ear. It's very painful. I do everything to stop it. Drinking warm water, chewing gum or yawning. All these temporarily seem to work but eventually fail. Please help

Since almost 10 days i have blocked nose and every time i sneeze it out my head hurts alot because of that as if it's burning out there? Why is it happening

My daughter having 4 years . From last 4 months on wards she is suffering from phlegm and cough. We have used English medicines 2 months no use. And then we started using Homeo , when ever we are using Homeo it is getting relief. Once we stopped again same problem. Please help me someone to overcome my daughter problem. 1st day was like strep throat and tightness 2nd day nothing and today it's like throat burning sensation radiating to eat slightly.if I press sides of throat hard very slight pain but it's not inflammed...no other symptoms like fevr runny nose etc..plz suggest medicines....hope it's not covid.

Hi I am suffering from cough. I face cough problems in night too much. I did not get relaxation in night unlimited dry cough. This problem start from 14th May 22. I consulted with doctor and he gives 2 medications one is Montair LC and other is Allegra 120mg but I didn't not get relief please suggest better treatment that I will get relaxe from dry cough.

My father is 63yeat old and need to go for cataract operation. Which type of lenses we should take. There are many options. Docter said as per your budget you can take anyone. All are good. Please suggest, which one is good to go for?

I'm having left ear discomfort for about 2 months. Constant flow of mucus through throat and some sharp pain near left ear sometimes right ear. As I'm having exam I thought of goin to doctor after exams. Today suddenly i was having severe irritation and bug came through my mouth. Was my problem coz of the Bug? Is anything serious. As mentioned in previous question, I am suffering with it for a very long time. Earlier it was in right ear but after medications for months it got resolved then after around 4 moths me left ear started paining at a low frequency then after few days I have seen puss in left ear and it got very frequently with good amount of puss in daily basis, I Neglected Firstly but when it became painful and stressed I got myself tested whats the real reason, now I am Looking for someone authentic and genuine to guide and support me further for what medications I have to take and for How long it should be taken, here I am again attaching Reports if in case you need. Is there any possibilities that I would have some kind of hole in ear or in earbone, as its been told there is infection but whats the reason of this infection and How this even evolve to be such painful . Sir my child age is 5 year old he is having recurrent fever from last 2-3 months like after every 15-20 day he is having fever like on 1 April he has fever which completely subside after paracetamol in 2-3 days but again after 20 days he had fever which also subside by antibiotic and paracetamol this type is repeating after every 15-20 days in last 2-3 months no other issue like i think no fatigue as child is completely active playing watching TV and all no heavy sweating only fever is occours this way every 15-20 days little weight loss also but I think weight loss because of child has started going to school since April so eating habits disturbed and going in sun exposure and hot weather but concern is after every 15-20 fever is coming coming for 2-3 days but completely subside after 2-3 days by paracetamol

From 2 days fever around 101. And whitish spots on tonsil and a little pain while swallowing. Attaching the picture. Do i need medicine as i get indigestion from antibiotics that's why i am asking . Also same happened last year too why it reoccurs. Please help.
