Nose block and cough
My 2 year daughter is having wet cough and nasal block problem. We consulted doctor and is giving medicines to her as prescribed by doctor. But she still has not healed completely. She is having difficulty in breathing especially at night. We have nebulizer at home can anybody tell me which medicine to use for my 2 year daughter in nebulizer. Please it's urgent Thank you.

You can give her Syp Asthalin 1 tsp bd along with Asthalin inhaler if the breathing difficulty is very severe. You can stop the syrup after 5 days but inhaler can be continued. Make her rinse her mouth well after the inhaler use. Also add Nasonex nasal spray 1 puff twice a day in each nostril with your baby’s head leaning forward; continue For 15 days.
