Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Good day Hope you are doing well I am suffering from deviated septum .where on right its very difficult to breath and only i can inhale air throught left nose. Now a days i am snoring a lot .Do I need to under go surgery. Is that necessary.

Respected doctor , I am having lumps in both my nostrils and they dont hurt but i am facing breathing problems . Also have headache . I have observed them recently i.e 4 days back . Please help what is it and what to do . I am very worried about the same. Is it dangerous? Or is it cancerous? Please please help me out.

I have cough from one month .. I got 3 times fever in a month for tht my doc prescribed medicine for 5 days .. I completed my course but still my coughing has not gone .. I am coughing almost all the time .. can any one suggest what to do ..?

19 f, i visited my ent in may because of constant heartbeat like sounds in my right ear and ear fullness. He did audiometry and i had no hearing loss. He gave me nasal spray duonase and 2 tablets for 10 days. After that, i had no heartbeat sounds but whenever i open my mouth i feel like air goes inside my ear, a weird sound comes like something is opening. How can we cure it ?

I have pain in my left ear. Its not severely painful but its painful since last few days. Even i cant use a ear bud proepely.
