How benzydamine gargle used with water or without water? After gargle with benzydamine ,should rinse with water too immediately or wait for some time ? Can it be used for a month tds?

Sinusitis can pain top of the head and back head?? And some eye irritation?? I have these symptoms from 2 weeks, if i loud speak it's paining?? Tell me??

Recently I went to an Ent Dr he examined me and told I have nasal polyps on right side,left is clear and recommended for endoscopy surgery.
