Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi Sir, My father has taken MRI scan of brain for sleep disorder and head pain. From scan report we came to know that he has "Sphenoid Sinusitis with internal fungal colonization". Our neurologist, suggested to check with ENT doctor. On consultation with ENT doctor, we were informed that we need to immediately remove it through endoscopy procedure. Can we move ahead with it? Need your opinion on this.

I broke my nose about 15 days back I am already in touch with an ent he said my is healing fine but as i see it is crooked what can i do i am attaching m x ray and one my picture and if its crooked as it has been only 15 days can it be corrected my medication Is it swelled or wrongly joined as my ent doctor said its fine and can it be treated via plaster or surgery is the only option ?

From last 3 days I m having cough and cold and sore throat...I am taking medicines from medical I have relief in cold and cough but no relief in throat pain...it hurts very much even when I swallow anything or drink water ...when I take medicine for some time time there is relief but after sometime it starts again...plz help. Throat is paining so much

Hi doctor, I am suffering from sinus infection from last 6 month. Previously I took himalayan septilin tablets for 45days but it were not effective then I consulted a online doctor. I took the medicines prescribed by doctor for 5 days. I felt little better but still suffering from sinus infection. Please advice what to do to get rid of sinus completely. Symptoms - pain at nose Bridge, sneezing and headaches.

While swallowing my left side of the throat feeling irritates and burning sensation. What is the problem? Currently I am diagnosis with fever treatment. Is it medicinal side effects?
