Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have soo much of cough since 4-5 months and it been stuck at heart to throat and I feel soo much of severe chest pain and throat problem I didn't speak properly also due to that cough. I drunk soo much of cough syrups and took antibiotics also but there is no use. What can I do please tell me.

I m facing post covid issue with my left ear left back throat and in left chest weird pain, feel lot of pressure while even air passes, and 7 months I m with cold and lot of mucus I m getting, and left nose blocks, mild DNS, and I feel mucus is stuck in my left ear n block, I went to so many ENT they chk ear n drum is fine and giving some antibiotics but almost 7 months I used but no improvement, facing weird pain in my ear? Is there any issue inside inner ear? Why Doc is saying my ear fine n still I m going through pain.

I feel suffocated, partially breathing through nose ,excessive tiredness .My septoplasty and Turbinoplasty was done before 24 days. My ent surgeon is saying surgery part is fine. What may be the solution.

Pain is there in left ear. Pain is there while I press my hand around the ear. Have taken pain killer like combiflam and brufen. Pls suggest some antibiotic as I took Augmentin625 three dosage but no improvement. Feel feverish due to pain.
