Nose congestion
I am feeling severe nose congestion some times in a day and partially congestion through out the day .Previously I was diagnosed with DNS and Inferior turbunate hypertrophy. Septoplasty and Turbinoplasty done 5 weeks ago . Doing nasal spray, taking Montelukast and fluticasone spray . What to do ,I am not feeling well

This can occur in few patients in early post operative period can last upto few months, Nasal congestion crust formation etc may be seen often. Keep doing nasal wash on regular basis and follow your medication. Regular followup o your surgeon ks must
