What happens if I take Allegra 120mg once in the afternoon and one at the night mistakenly. Are there any serious concerns

Having a painless non moveable node behind my right ear for almost 20 years, same in size from childhood to till now, no pain, is it dangerous?

Cough from last 2 months specially after eating and lying down and frequent clearing of throat , but no heart burn or any other symptom apart from this, also i had viral infection 2 months ago.

Alongside that i take the antidepressant (escitalopram) and a mood stabilizer (licab). I am drowsy and sleepy throughout the day, is it advisable to discontinue with any of the medicines?
