Pain in ear because of this slightly headache and pain in also eyes itching in eyes feel dizziness and light headness

After nasal endoscopy.. Ent doctor asked for ct scan. Now I need know what is next procedure. Can we heal sinus with medication instead of operation

Hi doctors, past 2 days I'm having a rough throat, it is a bit red in color. No throat pain, tongue is completely fine. There is a few white small spots in my throat. No fever at all. Betadine gargle I am doing, but it's not curing. My tonsils are normal, not swollen. Please help.
