Pain, Itching and Infection in Right Ear

Good Morning,
In every rainy season, Itching comes first in my wife's ear. She scratches her ear with cotton bud. But now she got infection in her right ear. She is suffering through a lot of ear pain. This pain is reaching upto her neck.

The cause for pain is her scratching with cotton bud, so please tell her to refrain using earbud. Pls come in for video consultation for prescription

Usually Fungal infection is very common in rainy season.
Stop using ear buds for cleaning the ear.
Proper history and detailed information is necessary.
