Respected dr., i am having nose bleeds frequently and it comes in form of clots. I have attached pics for refrence. Please tell me. I have vwf deficiency. Please tell me what to do. Is it normal or not?

Get the following blood tests done
CBC,pt inr, aptt, bleeding time and clotting time, left
According to how much the values are deranged, medication will have to be started
Next Steps
take tab tranexa 500mg twice a day
tab levocet once a day before sleeping
xylomist nasal drops 2 drops thrice a day
in case of active bleed-
botroclot drops 2-3 drops
ice fomentation
forward leaning position
anterior nasal pinching
in case of profuse bleed, visit nearby ent surgeon immediately
