Can a saline nasal spray be used 4 times a day? I have used otrivin continuously 3 months previously and got swollen turbines.will the using of saline nasal spray will have same effect?

Running nose and sneezing.. 🤧🤧 any medicine for allergic rhinitis.                               .

My son had ear ache a week back and doctor has done his endoscopy. The doctor have prescribed him antibiotic a week back for 7 days but the issue is still there : age 4 years weight 22 kg and no injury

The patient is suffering from Cough, Cold, Throat Pain ,Difficulty in Breathing ,Allergies and Skin Redness and afraid to have COVID test.

I have redness in inner parts of lips. My tongue is itchy and painful. There is redness at the front edges of tongue.

Iam suffering from such symptoms ( sneezing *continue more than 10/15 times , itching palate & palate) from 1/2 yrs...then i used Levocetrizine , fexofenadine 180mg ...after taking this medicine it works 1/2 days then started..then i consult through practo app then dr. Advised me to take (Levocetirizine + Montelukast) combined med. I used to take for 10 days ..after stop such medicine again my symptoms stared..iam suffering from such symptoms nowadays ...plz dr. What can i do?? Help me

Hi doctor, I have cold and runny nose Frome today onwards it's starting.. Also last time when I got cold, doctor suggested me monteleukast and it did not cure the cold.  Please give some other medicines for this. Thank you.

We have done a BERA test for for our 45 days old baby and they told he is not responding completely on the left ear that is for 30db I think, and asked us to repeat the test when he is 3 months. pls advise if we have to take a second opinion immediately. Attached is the BERA test report

My mother is unable to smell almost anything since long time .she used to have her nose running from one side while eating spicy food which has stopped now.whats the cause and what should be done please advise
