Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Initially I suffered from mild throat pain after few days now I suffering from mild ear pain what is that cause and what are the tablets should be use

Hi I am having nasal blockage issue since October last year including recurring colds nasal blockage fullness in ears and ringing sensation in ears while at night. This has not happened before. I used to have ice cream and cold drinks but now even minor intake causes issues. My nose is never clear even if i am ok. Is there is any treatment for this or could be sinus.

Is this very serious problem? I went to ent specialist because of my neck right side paining. No swelling. When I touch also paining and if I press my neck I feel very heavy.. Doctor said looks Hashimoto thyroid. Need to take fnac. What is the reason? Why to take fnac? What we can know from that result? Please reply

Can I jump from 100 mcg to 25 mcg if my thyroid is normal or lower than normal? I am 31 years old and have my thyroid level to be 0.18.

I am having problem in speaking for longer duration. As I Speak for more duration like more than 2 minutes continuously my voice begins to change and settles down then I have to drink water or clear the throat then it comes to somewhat normal but not good enough.

Does hynidase 1500IU+Kenacort Injection for OSMF cause ulceration? I've been experiencing ulceration in my mouth since the last dose as it was prescribed by my ENT surgeon.

I had corona in May 2021 and recovered from it within one month but since then I am having partial blockage in nose it is not like I am having proper cold like having headache and running nose but it's like I am having a mild cold as I my nose is partially blocked and partial smell is also gone.
