Having severe dry cough took Kuff-q NF and also ascroil dplus syrup.. But no use. And also some pain while Coughing. Please suggest medicine Thanks in advance

From last two near I am having g e r d took the medicines now I don't have acidity problem but still food reflex back to my mouth and I get several burping after eating or drinking food from last 6 months I am having sore throat I think it's because of gerd my voice is  changed a bit I am having constant regurgitation When I speak for longer it starts to pain in my neck Hoarseness  in the voice and constant feeling of clearing the throat I can see sometimes white mucus in neck What I should do please recommend me some meds I am taking esomeprazole and domperidine in the morning and FM 130 mg in the evening But no effect

I've been on injection treatment for OSMF (Kenacort+Hynidase), but last time when the doctor gave me injection 14 days ago in the cheeks it developed a pimple after 2-3 days and then it turned into a ulcer type of thing. I'm taking Trinergic L everyday and for ulcer i took orasore tablets for 4 days but it didn't helped. I'm applying Kenacort gel since from the past 3 days. I came visit my doctor since I'm in a remote area for next few days. Please help me here. I also had loose motion for 2-3 days straight after the injection.
