I have joint pain, feeling dizzy and got parotid region lymph node, for node done ultrasound,can you suggest me which test should i go, I'm 50 years old woman,had taken medicine for node for 3 weeks,pain gone and 70 percent size decrease but hard small lymph still there, what should I do which test should I do to know the causes of the condition
