Black phelgm and Greenish yellow phelgm
Hi, I've had a mild infection since a month along with sinus issues. Ran through with two courses of antibiotics and finally the infection came down after taking lots of care! However, The phlegm hasn't stopped though. I still have dry cough and greenish yellow phlegm from nose and blackish phlegm from chest. This at least happens 3-4 times a day specially after a meal. I'm a bit worried now if this could be something serious. Please advise. Thanks in advance. Lifestyle: 1). Active lifestyle - Daily 1 hour workout- 5 days a week 2). Reduced smoking since 30 days from 15 cigarettes a day to 1 per day. 3). Minimal alcohol intake on bi-weekly basis
